Her many accolades included being named REALTOR® Associate of the Year in 1991 and REALTOR® of the Year 1998 by the Greater Fairfield Association of REALTORS® in Fairfield, Connecticut.
She is a former state director of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and former president of the Greater Fairfield Association of REALTORS®.
Ginni was elected as President of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® in 2004 and served as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® assigned to several committees over the years including the Business Practices Task Force, Legislative Committee, License Law Working Group and the Education Committee. Ginni served as Regional Chair for Region 29 for the California Association of Realtors in 2006 and served on the Executive committee of the California Association of Realtors in 2007. Ginni also served for five years as a National Association of REALTORS® Director having been the Education Committee Liaison for the California Association of Realtors in 2006 and a member of the Business Issues Committee in 2007. She continues to serve on the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee and was recently appointed to the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council (CRB) Board of Directors and Professional Development committee.
Within her extensive experience, Ginni holds several designations including being a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales & Foreclosure Certification (SFR),and HAFA Certification.
Aside from being a Certified Instructor for ABR, SRES, SFR. HAFA and SRS, Ginni was recently invited to become a trainer for Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council courses. She also teaches Business Development, Business Planning and Goal Setting and Time Management; Recruiting and Business Management for large and small real estate companies and other courses she has written on Change and Mindset to small and large groups throughout the United States.
Ginni has been a real estate and life coach and mentor since 1990.

In her Real Estate Practice, Ginni has worked with clients from high-end properties over $2,500,000 through more modestly-priced properties as low as $100,000. Holding the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, Ginni has worked extensively with the senior client both as a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. People who know Ginni would describe her as leadership oriented yet a great listener. In the Real Estate Industry, Ginni is known for getting things done and making a positive difference in everything she takes part in.
