Ginni Field has been a National Trainer since 1990.
Ginni began her real estate management career in early 1989 and realized quickly that the more involved she was in her agent’s success through consistent, in-house training, the more they succeeded. Therefore, it was a natural transition for Ginni to begin to expand her business into training real estate professionals which she continued throughout her 20-year management career.
Ginni is certified to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation courses including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council Manager (CRB), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and multiple certification courses.
Ginni also served as Vice President, Leadership Development for an International Real Estate company where she created their agent and brokerage leadership curricula. She has written multiple courses on time management, business planning and goal setting, organizational efficiency and other programs for real estate agents, companies and small businesses.
